Delvon and Roy
Rexrode with the rest of the story on Delvon Roe "lying" to Roy Williams.
Roe had a hard time summoning the courage to tell Williams, Blanton [Roe's father] said. Blanton told him he had to make the call. He did, and Blanton said Williams started yelling on the other end.
"I don't know exactly the words he was saying, but he was upset," Blanton said of Williams. "He started going off on Delvon. I mean, Delvon's an 11th-grader, he's shook up. So I grabbed the phone and said, 'Let me tell you something, you never disrespect my son like that.'"
In case you needed some extra motivation to get pumped up for tonight's game . . .

Nothing like a guy who is paid millions of dollars to coach a game act like a spoiled little 3 year old.

It’s one thing to say this years down the road when it’s all behind everyone, but Roe is a sophomore at Michigan State. I can’t fathom that Roy Williams would do that. How self-centered and childish. After all, he’s crying about the incident that led to him getting Ed Davis. Lame.
