Good for Greg Jones, he definitely deserves it. Especially given how much he provided a pass rush for the defense, along with playing conventional linebacker. A guy other teams had to account for at all times.
As for the NFL, I’d think the main knock on him would be his size. If he could bulk up and play as well his senior year, he might improve his standing. But second round might be the ceiling for him anyway. If so, his smartest more financially would be to go now and not take the risk of a major injury, if those projections are accurate.
I really hope he stays, though.
