The "father" of MSU hockey as we know it has passed away in New Mexico.
Rest in Peace Coach Bessone. Thanks for the memories and NCAA championship in 1966.

As the Other....
….Side of Spartan Sports pointed out 1966 was a pretty good year to be a Spartan. I’ll have to ask my mom if she ever went to hockey games at Dem Hall.
