Neely and Pickelman back; Dantonio active; Treadwell impressed; Narduzzi having fun; you counting seconds - LSJ Blogs: Hey, Joe
Availability of upperclassmen defensive linemen vs. shifty, dilithium-powered running quarterback = good.

Narduzzi
Needs to go to one of those seminars like “How to Say Nothing Without Looking Like an Idiot”.
I'm inclined to think Narduzzi is the designated media mouthpiece...
…which takes pressure off of Dantonio and Treadwell. Nardo starts his motor mouth, and Dantonio and Treadwell slip away and get back to work.
Obviously reporters love to talk to Nardo because he talks a lot and drops a lot of folksy aphorisms. But he still doesn’t actually say much.
This line is awesome: "He bit the cheese like the mouse under the refrigerator, and boom, Lewis went the distance." I can almost hear Ernie Harwell dropping that one, with John Madden on color commentary.
The startling thing about that line is: he’s referring to a play in 2007. He remembers a blown assignment by Jonal St.-Dic, and is using it as a teaching point about edge containment to his current set of defensive ends.
I am really starting to believe Nardo is not nearly the bumpkin he presents himself as.
