that's two straight very good performances
I loved the plays made in the Secondary. Yes, Robinson made some bad throws, but we still had to make plays. This secondary has improved dramatically.

SHOELACE!
Everytime that Denard got effed up by that D, I got a Shoelace chant going in the room.
Btw gosh darn this “keep it clean” policy, cuz I swore so much during the game and I want to let loose a gigantic F-word in these celebretory posts.
Ooonst ooonst muthafucka!
Congratulations!
I’ve been pulling for you guys over Michigan since BEFORE the season started.
Muck Fichigan!
I'm just glad Scott Tolzien didn't go all Drew Tate on Nick Toon and whack him upside the head...

next basketball game with UM, in East Lansing
win that and it’ll be 1,181 days and counting
Adam Weber likely said: "I don't even want to play football anymore" after losing to Wisconsin. AGAIN.

MSU was certainly the more uncouth squadron today.
Love the pic of the scoreboard.
Hey! I'm tryin' to eat lunch here!
if that's the case...
this is the last place you should be reading
I'm just kidding.
Awesome win today. I saw all the first half, then had to follow the 2nd half on Gamecast.
Anybody who still thinks this defense is terrible, please raise your hand!
I certainly don't.
Not after what you did to us. That was the best pass defense I’ve seen from a Big Ten team in years.

Not anymore.
I was nervous after the first few games, but these guys have gotten it together big time.
I actually got finished...
…watching the DVR’d game about 11. We had to go to a family function, which ended about 4:30. We caught a little of the second quarter (all three TDs) while stopping by my in-laws and then drove three hours home and watched it on DVR.
I picked up the phone around 8:30 and answered “Please, whoever this is don’t say anything about the MSU game because I’m watching it on delay now.” It was my mother who has an undergrad and doctorate from MSU. She understood.

Man's game!
I love watching these running backs play! Bell continues to impress. Baker is the man! Love to see Caper getting more involved!
It was gratifying to see Caper get the job done on some obvious 3rd-and-short run calls.
And his TD run, too.
Hey! I'm tryin' to eat lunch here!
Great game!
These last two weeks have been the best back to back games I’ve ever seen MSU play.
I just got back from the bar and read through the game thread and it was epic. I can’t believe we held Michigan to only 17 points.
Huge game next week against a very good Illinois squad, but tonight is a night to celebrate!
What a great win.
Nothing like putting an ass whoopin on UM

Amazing picture! This needs to be the picture up for the game recap tomorrow.
awesome photo
man was it great walking through ann arbor yesterday after the pounding.
Wow
What a great W!!
I’m so proud of our team, and how they stepped up today. What a great win, and I can’t wait to see what we have in store next!
I think
Zettel was there. I also hear Doran Grant attended the game, and not as a Michigan guest.

He did, on the MSU sideline apparently.

from the ESPN game recap
Denard Robinson had his way with defenses through the 1st 5 games. The nation’s leading rusher was held to just 84 yards, 97 less than his average
1/2 right on my prediction...
I got our score right… UM didn’t hold up their end of the score… GO GREEN!!!!!!!!!!
Question of the Day: Does Rich Rod = Charlie Weiss?
More like Bill Callahan
Remember how Callahan came in to Nebraska and “changed the culture?” From a power game to a West Coast Offense finesse game? From a respected national power to losing to Kansas? This is the Bill Callahan Era in Ann Arbor. Or maybe for us oldsters, the Denny Stolz Era…And to think, when Duffy left we had our choice of Barry Switzer or Denny Stolz. And when Darryl Rogers left we had a choice between George Perles and Frank “Muddy” Waters. Then when Bobby Williams was fired we could have had Urban Meyer and took John L. Smith. This time WE GOT IT RIGHT!!!
If Michigan loses 45-14 to Wisconsin
I will be VERY happy.

What do you all think of the remaining schedule?
Iowa on the road? Penn State on the road? Does Illinois pose a threat after beating PSU today? Don’t want to get too far ahead of myself….sorry
I think if the Iowa game is won, then we'll have some serious, legitimate discussions about going big-time
Does anyone else constantly get a picture of Dantonio recruiting these kids, telling them where they’ll be standing one of these Januarys? Because I do.
Regardless
This team is showing so much more fight and discipline than I’ve seen a MSU team show in a long time. I like their chances in all of their games going forward. Where that leads, we shall see
Coach D just has the right attitude
I love how he said before the game ‘winner takes all’, I mean he has always seemed tough and down to business but now his teams are backing it up….
If we win the Iowa game, 12-0 is a legitimate possibility.
Neither NW nor Penn State scare me much anymore.
Illinois and NW both have trap game potential, IMO.
Illinois as a letdown, Northwestern as a caught-looking-ahead game. But I have this strange, confusing sense that the MSU coaching staff has the chops to shepherd the team through these potential pitfalls.
Hey! I'm tryin' to eat lunch here!
At Iowa should be the toughest game
Illinois is going to be a battle next week as well. At NW will be tough as will at PSU, even though they are obviously having a down year.
Right now, 9-3 is a worst case scenario. I’d personally be dissapointed with anything less then 10-2 at this point.
Either way, it’s great to be 6-0 at this point with talk of a Big Ten Title not being a pipe dream. I’m so proud of the way our guys have played these last two weeks.
Michigan
allegedly turned off our team’s hot water again this year.
Es gibt keine Freude wie Schadenfreude
Love this
Baker brought the whole O-Line up for his post game interview.
http://espn.go.com/blog/bigten/post/_/id/17567/spartans-pound-michigan-into-submission
He also made a bold statement: ""Today we showcased to everybody in the world that we’re going to run the ball. We’re going to be Big Ten champions." Normally I shy away from statements like this, but after the way we’ve played the last two weeks I like it.
Nice.
I saw on TV, Jon Misch holding the trophy and imitating the pose. A bunch of fans who appeared to his family had the “Paul Bunyan live in East Lansing.”
And how sweet was the late third quarter showing of Michigan’s “The Paul Bunyan Trophy is temporarily in East Lansing and will return next year.” caption in the trophy case?

Congratulations on your big win. Good luck with the rest of your season.
I'm all about covering the spread and moneylines. Glory favors the bold. Chance favors the prepared mind. Luck, well i have that too. University of Utah goes to the Pac-12 conference in 2011. I expect them to compete immediately for the conference CG. Brock Lesnar will defeat Cain Velasquez. The most hated and misunderstood person on the MMA blogs.. Utah and Boise take care of business in week one. Don't be surprised if they both go undefeated.
