MI RB Justice Hayes to announce his decision July 30th

Four-star, Grand Blanc running back Justice Hayes has informed people that he's made his decision. Before he announces it publicly, he gave this interview with mlive describing how he came to make his final choice. His finalists are Michigan State, Notre Dame, Michigan, Northwestern, Tennessee, and Iowa.

I'm not optimistic

but luckily, we have some pretty good young running backs. I was pleasantly surprised at how good Bell and Hill looked in the spring game.
