I have a couple of thoughts. Anyone with the knowledge please share.

First, I wonder why Miller really de-committed. I guess I would have thought the coaching staff would have been more upfront regarding the position they wanted him to play. The papers make it sound like MSU wanted him as a DB, not an RB and that caused MIller to walk. I assume that would have all been discussed before he signed his LOI...

My second thought is around the extra scholarships due to these transfers and de-commits. How does that work? Can you use them immediately, or are there some rules that stipulate something else?
