Proposed new Spartan Stadium Scoreboards revealed
The MSU Athletic Department has released artist's conceptions of the proposed new audio and video systems to be installed in Spartan Stadium. These include a large, presumably HD video board in the south end zone that will have stats on it, and two smaller video boards in the corners of the north (river side) endzone. Also in the north end zone will be what's called a "Video Fascia," or video ribbon.
The proposed upgrades were approved in the fall by the board of trustees, and are said to cost $8mm, which will be entirely funded by the athletic department. So we should all send a huge Thank You to the Izzos & Magic Johnson, each of whom made a $1mm gift to the athletic department this fall.
Also, I couldn't find the tweet, but I remember for a fact that Greg Ianni (walk-on Anthony's dad, and Hollis's Assistant AD at MSU) tweeted over the summer about these upgrades, saying something along the lines of them being "revolutionary." Props to whomever can find that tweet.

We couldn't have the artist perhaps use a picture of a game MSU won?
No, let’s go with one of the more “grrrrrr-what-is-going-on-here!?!?!” game of the last 3 years, coupled with it being the game right after the bad taste lingering from the brawl suspensions.
Would also be nice if MSU was at least wearing the home colors…
In conclusion, keep the boards and fire the artist.
Dude I honestly don't think it's a big deal
In the future we are BEATING Texas Tech so everything’s awesome.
The only issue I have is that those aren’t even our current uniforms which is really stupid, especially considering the refurbished font is on top of the board itself. Seriously this man knows Adobe Illustrator really well but he knows absolutely nothing about sports in general apparently.
