It's not just a statistical award but man did you see...
Day-Day is averaging a double-double in points and rebounds.
On the list of finalists he’s 4th in PPG, 1st in RPG, and 3rd in ASG. All the guys on the list who average over 3 ASG are all guards. Except for Green.

Coupled with the leadership he provides both on and off the court, he should be a shoe in for this(and honestly on the short list for the Naismith)…still vote early and vote often!
