According to Mark Miller's Wisonsin YearBook, " Heldt could very well be the next big-time recruit in the Fox Valley Association thanks to his combination of size and skill. His decision to transfer to Neenah immediately makes the Rockets a threat to win the FVA championship. Heldt showed a soft mid-range shooting touch, the ability to run the floor and a penchant for blocking shots."
