Time for the last MSU sporting event of 2012 as the Spartans take on a much-improved Minnesota team from last season. Just before the tip the spread for this game was Minnesota -6.5, and KenPom has MSU losing 67-61. That's not the greatest cause for optimism, but I can just about guarantee you that at some point in the broadcast one of the announcers will wonder if Minnesota can pull the upset.
