On Nov. 11 in San Diego, North Carolina and Michigan State tipped off the season aboard the USS Carl Vinson; the same two teams will end it in New Orleans, where they will meet for the title.....The Spartans can't match North Carolina in lottery picks, but they can go toe-to-toe in toughness, Coach Izzo earns his second title, 76-74
