MSU baseball looks to keep its season alive when it takes on Fresno State on Saturday in the consolation bracket of the Stanford regional in the NCAA Tournament.
On Friday, No. 3 seed MSU lost 6-2 to No. 2 seed Pepperdine, while No. 4 seed Fresno State lost 9-1 to No. 1 seed Stanford. The loser of the MSU/Fresno game is eliminated, while the winner will advance to the regional semis to face the loser of Stanford/Pepperdine.
