White helmets rarely are a bad thing. I even liked Minnesota's (but only with the white jersey). This got me thinking, again, about a white MSU football helmet. It's a school color and would be a cool thing to wear on the road (like the U-M game this year, since they're not going to go Pro Combat). But it wouldn't have to be a permanent thing, like the bronze helmets.

How would you feel about that?

Update: MSU has worn white helmets before — for two or three games in 1954.
