Yes, yes. Football is a rough sport and emotions are high and this is an in-state rivalry.
I get all that.
But it doesn't mean that two different individuals, with similar "crimes" get two different treatments.
Will Gholston was provoked. We know Lewan called him the N word, Lewan pushed his face in to the turf, and Will retaliated.
Will was suspended one game.
Lewan was UN-provoked on Saturday 11/02. No one called him a fat inbred with tribal tattoos.
Yet he tried to twist #9 Isiah Lewis' neck!
We, the proud alumni of Michigan State University, need to make sure that no lowlife thug from Ann Arbor EVER thinks it's okay to break the rules and intentionally hurt our players, knowing his university and AD will bail him out.
It can NEVER be okay to willfully harm a Michigan State player, coach, staff, student, or fan.
I suggest the following hashtags. If you can think of others, please use them.

I'm not motivated here because I think Taylor Lewan is a despicable human being, a rotten sportsman, and a waste of oxygen.
I'm motivated because he disrespected us in OUR house, tried to hurt a player who was on the ground, and because he knows he can get away with it.
Join me, please. Let's make sure this zit-faced jackoff is held accountable.
