With MSU having the week off before Sunday's showdown, let's look back at some Spartan basketball wins in Ann Arbor.
Previously: 1995, 2000, 2001, 2004
Next up: Kalin Lucas hits a mid-range jumper with 3.5 seconds left to give MSU a 57-56 win over the Wolverines in 2010 (Recap). Raymar Morgan led MSU with 20 points and eight rebounds, while Lucas finished with 12 points. The Spartans trailed by three with 1:15 left, but Draymond Green grabbed a big offensive rebound and passed to Morgan, who laid the ball in. Following Lucas' shot, Michigan went for the alley-oop off the inbound, but Deshawn Sims couldn't put in the layup. This remains MSU's most-recent win in Ann Arbor.
This is the last entry in this short series, so I'll leave you with some extra videos.
MSU 73, U-M 58 (1999): In a Crisler Arena full of MSU fans, the Spartans pick up Tom Izzo's first win there as head coach. The win also cliched a share of the Big Ten title.
MSU 64, U-M 49 (2005): Alan Anderson scores 16 and Shannon Brown scores 14 as the Spartans cruise to their 12th win in 13 meetings against the Wolverines.
