Fundamentally, nothing's changed from Wednesday, when I argued Izzo would stay. This was an opportunity he had to explore. But there's too much uncertainty regarding LeBron (with the additional uncertainty of Byron Scott's coaching candidacy now). His love for what he's built at MSU ultimately pulls him back.
It's tough to stay positive the longer things drag out, but I still think that’s the most likely scenario here.
