YOUR MICHIGAN STATE SPARTANS BIG TEN CHAMPIONS CELEBRATION THREAD

With MSU's dominating win against Nebraska yesterday (briefcap upcoming, I didn't get to see much of it due to dinner with the family), all MSU needed was for Wisconsin to beat OSU in Columbus to secure a share of the Big Ten title. A tall order, but what do you know -- for the first time ever the Bo Ryan "Tall White Guys Who Can Shoot Threes Clonearium" did the Spartans a solid, as Jared Berggren knocked down a three with less than a minute left to help secure the Badger victory and a Big Ten regular season title for Michigan State.

That's not to say the Spartans' work is done. Even though (barring the truly bizarre) they've clinched the #1 seed in the Big Ten Tournament, there's still the matter of the outright regular seeason title and a #1 seed in the NCAA tournament. For now however, it's time to fill a glass with your second-finest bourbon/wine/potables (save the finest for the outright title), and celebrate a team who pulled off one of the, if not the best one-season turnaround in the Tom Izzo era, and possibly in the history of Michigan State.
