Busy day, so not much of a preview.
The Sooners were down six with less than a minute left, but came back to defeat Seton Hall on Friday night, so MSU and OU will face off for the Coaches vs. Cancer Classic championship.
OU is No. 56 in KenPom. Defensively, they're average at No. 105 in adjD, not doing anything particularly well or poorly. Offensively, it's a different story, with the Sooners No. 25 in adjO.
OU is shooting 55 percent on 2s (No. 46) and 36 percent on 3s (No. 96). They only turn the ball over at a 15.8 rate (No. 77). They don't do a great job of getting to the line (44.8 percent), and they're shooting 67 percent there.
The Sooners are No. 41 in adj. tempo, so this should be another track meet. OU grabs 35.4 percent of its misses (No. 92), while opponents grab 31.6 percent (No. 161).
Leading the way is guard Buddy Hield (17.0 points, 4.0 rebounds). Forward Ryan Spangler averages 11.3 points and 8.8 rebounds.
This is also the Game Thread. No links to illegal game streams, no slurs, and please don't feed the trolls.
