Beedle camped at Michigan State last Wednesday in the offensive line/defensive line camp and was at Sound Mind Sound Body in Southfield on Friday/Saturday.
The 6-foot-6 recruit impressed on all the aforementioned days and drove back to East Lansing on Wednesday to meet with Coach Mark Dantonio, at which point he received an offer -- which it didn't take long to accept.
He joins Enoch Smith Jr. as defensive tackle commitments and brings the class to 11 commits.
In the camp settings, Beedle was impressive with his quick burst and his strength. He was flat out stronger than his competition, but also has the rush moves to get through, by and around blockers.
Beedle is well-built, with thick arms and big shoulders and, more importantly, the frame to fill out more and put on more muscle.
Overall, Beedle continues to improve and get better but flashes a great combination of power and quickness.
Working with Ken Mannie at MSU will make Beedle a monster in the middle.
