Way back when, about four weeks ago after MSU's loss to Oregon, it was all over for the Spartans, according to many. The loss just wasn't competitive enough, they said, for MSU to have a chance at making the inaugural playoff. Then once people realized that might have been a little overblown, it was time to scrap the season again when Oregon lost to Arizona on Thursday and diminished the Spartans' "quality loss." Not surprisingly, the pundits were wrong again, and not only does MSU still have hope for making the playoff, some folks whose job it is to know like the Spartans' odds...

I don't necessarily disagree with Dantonio or Hollis, but I'm still kind of salty with the way that second half was coached, so I don't know whose side to take.
The closer we get to basketball season, the more I realize I'm not over the way last season ended.
