Win tonight and virtually ensure a berth in the B1G Championship game according to our own Spartan Dan. Lose and not only do you lose a shot at the college football playoff and the B1G Championship, but you probably end up in a bowl game that is beneath expectations, as the guys discussed on this week's podcast. College Gameday is in town and the season hinges on beating Ohio State tonight. This one's a big one, if you're in the stands be loud and deal with being sick Sunday because you better not be leaving early. Students, this is a night that you will talk about whenever you will discuss your time at Michigan State, win or lose. Get your preview, predictions and info on where to go for College Gameday. The Ohio State University Famous Alumni: Did the university think of scenarios like this when they became totally insufferable and became THE Ohio State University? So when I type it the way above am I saying famous alumni of OSU or am i saying this is THE famous person to go to their school? I'm probably over thinking this but hey how some famous Buckeyes? I could go crazy with Jeffrey Dahmer, but that's probably too negative and he didn't graduate. Instead I decided to go with someone who, yeah, you probably all know went to Ohio State. Kirk Herbstreit was the 1st player to commit to the Buckeyes after the hiring of John Cooper in 1988. I highlight Herbstreit not the least of because he will be on campus tomorrow as a personality on College Gameday. I highlight Herbstreit because the long time Ohio resident was forced to move to Nashville to escape the crazy, delusional Buckeye fans who were upset he didn't kiss their ass every Saturday. Yeah, I should have chosen Dahmer, because who likes hate Ohio State?
"Francisco That's Fun To Say": Guy Ferrelli is a freshman tight end from Columbus, Ohio. If he doesn't go as Adam Jacobi, I mean Guy Fieri, it is a waste of his name. I don't care if he doesn't look like him.
Interesting The Ohio State University Fact: Like Michigan State, Ohio was founded (1870) as a land-grant university in accordance with the Morrill Act of 1962. They won this honor over Miami University and Ohio University when Rutherford B. Hayes, future 19th President of the United States, decided to establish a new campus near the legislature of Columbus.
