Happy Festivus from Linking Laconically

Mike Carter-USA TODAY Sports

I hope everyone gets a chance to air their grievances, complete their feats of strength and decorate the Festivus pole, because it's the most wonderful time of year. It's been another fun — albeit sometimes infuriating — year of MSU sports. We have a break from it all to enjoy Christmas and the holidays for the next week, but it's back to having our emotions affected by a bunch of college kids on Dec. 30, when the basketball team hosts Maryland.

And, oh by the way, the Spartans will probably be working on replacing the best defensive coordinator in college football by then, too.
