Linking Laconically survived

Although Michigan State played well, the Spartans escaped a wild start to the madness.

Day 1 is in the books, and Day 2 has already provided us with the best of upsets that also brought us this. Looking back, the craziness of last night was made all the better by the fact MSU took no prisoners early Thursday in the Round of 64, or whatever you want to call it to avoid letting the NCAA win by labeling it the Second Round. Delaware scored a bunch of points to make things somewhat interesting, but the Spartans didn't miss a beat after last weekend.

Until tomorrow night, enjoy this whacky, wonderful tournament and all that it gives us.
