Today is finally the day. Although the NBA Draft doesn't get quite the pub of its football counterpart, and the process doesn't seem to drag on quite as long, tonight will mark the end of a long wait for players ready to find out their new home. Michigan State has two guaranteed picks in Gary Harris and Adreian Payne that will almost assuredly go in the first round, possibly the lottery, while Keith Appling might sneak in as a late second round selection.

So after that stressful early afternoon of soccer, here's some light reading to help you kill time until the draft coverage starts at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN:
