Not surprisingly, yesterday's "Meet the Spartans" event brought a record crowd (see below). Despite less than desirable conditions, MSU faithful showed up in force at Spartan Stadium, which is expected coming off one of the best seasons in school history.

With that event out of the way, the next time we'll all get to see the Spartans, they'll be hitting the field to open the season. It's just a shade more than two weeks away now.
