Michigan State hoops is enjoying its first bye week of Big Ten play, going six days without a game before a chance at payback at Maryland on Saturday. Still, it's been a nice week already for the Spartans. Wisconsin lost to Rutgers, giving the rest of the league hope the Badgers won't run away with the title, while Denzel Valentine and Matt Costello both avoided any major illnesses. With all of that, MSU is in about as good of shape as anyone could have hoped following that conference opening loss to the Terps.
Really like the potential lineup change.
I'd still argue Wisconsin is clearly the best team in the conference, but the loss to Rutgers and Jackson's injury really opened the door.
Unfortunately, Kiper is almost never right.
Playbooks, I hope.*
Only one player who hasn't committed to the Spartans.
Drew Sharp strikes again!
*Just kidding, school is important.
