Trae becomes the highest Michigan State player selected since Charles Rogers in 2003. He also extends the streak of MSU having a player drafted every season since 1967.
Trae's decision to enter the draft early was a good one; it's wise to avoid the possibility of injury and get to the NFL as quickly if you can if you're a surefire first-rounder.
Trae also becomes the second two-star to early draft entry story under Mark Dantonio. Running back Le'Veon Bell was the first.
Congrats Trae, from The Only Colors!
