Even though the 2017 class isn’t complete, Tom Izzo is already hard at work on 2018. Today he landed his second member of that class, Clarkston Point Guard Foster Loyer.

Loyer (5’10”, 155) chose MSU over scholarship offers from Purdue, Oakland and DePaul and joins Four-Star forward Thomas Kithier as the founding members of the ‘18 class.
The son of former Pistons interim coach John Loyer profiles as a pass-first point guard and will look to carve out a role early in his career.
Welcome aboard, Foster!
