Good ol’ Joe Lunardi has finally dropped his first bracketology of the season, and he’s got the Michigan State Spartans as a No. 3 seed in the East Region.
MSU takes on Vermont in Orlando in this scenario. The one seed in the region is Duke, with Arizona getting No. 2. The other top seeds are the usual suspects of Kansas and Kentucky, along with the upstart Oregon Ducks.
The Big Ten is well represented with Michigan, Ohio State, Indiana, Maryland, Wisconsin and Purdue all making the cut along with Michigan State. Obviously this doesn’t mean a whole lot, but let’s face it it’s pretty much always interesting to look at a bracket.
