Michigan State vs Minnesota Game Thread

Michigan State begins Big Ten play tonight when they hit the road to take on Minnesota.

The Spartans being conference play with an 8-5 mark in the non-conference portion of their schedule. While the record is not ideal, that does include losses to No. 4 Baylor, No. 5 Duke, No. 8 Kentucky, and No. 18 Arizona.

Needless to say, the Spartans begin Big Ten play with a battle-tested roster eager to score their first conference and road win of this season. They’ll have to do so against a 12-1 Golden Gophers squad on the cusp of joining the top 25.
