Michigan State is back in action tonight as Youngstown State comes to the Breslin Center.
The Spartans are still without Miles Bridges, who remains sidelined with an ankle injury, but MSU thankfully has found another star freshman in Nick Ward. The 6-8, 250-pound big man was just named Big Ten Freshman of the Week after averaging 17.5 points and 6.5 boards last week vs Duke and Oral Roberts.
But it’s also critical that MSU gets great production from senior guard Eron Harris. The Spartans are 5-1 this season when Harris scores in double figures and 0-3 when he scores under 10. He’s been heating up as of late while averaging 15.1 points per game over his last seven games and is shooting 41.9% from 3-point range.
Thank you everyone for joining us to watch the Spartans take on Youngstown State.
