Connor Cook will soon hear his named called in the NFL Draft as his dreams of playing in the best sports league on Earth are realized.
In the meantime, Cook is hopping on various radio shows and talking about the draft, his Michigan State career and other random topics. On Wednesday, Cook jumped on the Dan Patrick Show to talk about those very subjects, including his most prized and embarrassing possessions in his room.
But more importantly, Cook revealed that, based on the feedback he's gotten, he'll be drafted sometime in Round 2. Cook also mentioned several teams who have shown interest in him, including the Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins and Dallas Cowboys.
Here's the full interview:
Elsewhere, FOX Sports' Alex Marvez reports that the Cleveland Browns may actually look to take Cook in Round 1:
Something 2 keep eye on per NFL sources: @Browns moving down from No. 8 & selecting @Connor_Cook03 later in 1st round @SiriusXMNFL @NFLonFOX

If the Browns don't move down and take Cook in Round 1, it looks very possible that they'll take him with the first pick of Round 2. Either way, it looks like Cook won't have to wait long to hear his named called once the draft begins.
