Sneakerhead Tom Izzo Opens Nike Store

Tom Izzo is a self-described sneakerhead. He's also under contract with Nike, as is his Michigan State Spartans basketball team.

Like the great ambassador he is, Izzo trekked it over to Detroit this morning to help open a Nike store in the city.

MSU was with Reebok in Izzo's early days, switching over in 2001 to the delight of the Spartans players and himself.
