Three-star cornerback Josiah Scott has announced on Twitter that he’ll decide on a school July 31, and the Michigan State Spartans are one of his four finalists.

Scott is from Fairfield, Ohio, stands 5-9, 155 pounds and has 13 offers in total. His top three used to consist of just Iowa, Pitt and West Virginia, but Michigan State got into the mix with a late offer.
