Lynn Bowden offered by Michigan State

Michigan State may be on the verge of another major recruiting pledge.

That may come in the form of four-star athlete Lynn Bowden, who earned a scholarship offer from the Spartans during an unofficial visit on Friday.

Not long after the offer came in, Bowden told 247 Sports that MSU was now his leader, and his crystal ball only reinforces that.

Prior to getting offered by Michigan State, it was Kentucky who was viewed as the heavy favorite for the Warren G Harding (OH) product. Don't try and pencil him into any one position before he steps onto a college campus.

Ranked by 247 as the nation's No. 4 athlete and No. 114 overall prospect, Bowden is best described as a playmaker, regardless of where he's lining up. Quarterback, running back, receiver, defensive back, and return man are where he's made dozens of highlight-reel plays.

As good as Michigan state is on the recruiting trail, Bowden has the potential to be the Spartans' biggest commitment in 2017 if they land him.  Here are some of Bowden's highlights, of which he's sure to produce many more of judging by the kinds of electrifying plays he's made already:
