Remember when we said that there may be more recruiting news coming? Well, here it is!

MSU secured their second verbal commitment of the day when Georgia DB Tre Person became the 20th member of the 2017 class. MSU fans need not worry on him backing off his commitment, either.
Just spoke with CB Tre Person, who has committed to Michigan State. "I'm shutting my recruitment down," he said. "I'm done."

Person, like today’s earlier commit DeAri Todd, fits the physical mold the Michigan State staff looks for. He’s tall (6’0”), versatile and plays physical. Real physical. Per Bartow’s article
Person (6-0, 180) racked up 91 tackles - 54 solo tackles and 37 assists - with 11 tackles for loss, four quarterback hurries, two fumble recoveries, a forced fumble and 15 pass breakups playing free safety, strong safety, nickel back and cornerback.
He also racked up over 500 total yards playing running back and receiver and returning kicks to go with four touchdowns.
MSU has had a lot of success in Georgia in the recent years, here’s to hoping Person is the next up!
