The Michigan State Spartans are back.
After suffering through the worst season of the Mark Dantonio era last year MSU is officially back on the national stage after a win at No. 4 Michigan, 14-10. It wasn’t pretty. It wasn’t anything to brag about offensively, but it’s still as beautiful of a win as the Spartans could ask for over their hated rival in their house.
Dantonio has guided MSU to some big wins in his career, but this is easily one of his best. Taking an unranked Spartans squad into Ann Arbor against a top-five team and coming away with win is easily one of the sweetest wins Dantonio has tasted.
Who knows where MSU’s season will go after this, but there’s no question this will be one of, if not the highlight of the Spartans’ 2017 season, which now has the potential to be a special one.
Come celebrate the win in our postgame celebration thread!
