Looks like Miles Bridges needs a bigger trophy case.
The freshman guard was named Big Ten Freshman of the Year monday night.

As we mentioned earlier when Bridges was selected to the Big Ten All Second team, the freshman received a unanimous vote for this award from both the coaches and the media. That does put Miles in some pretty good company:

Bridges joined BTN to discuss the award and the whole “hug/no-hug” gif from the Illinois game:

Right after this award was announced, Miles Bridges was also selected to the All Frosh Team as well. He was expected to be joined by fellow Spartan Nick Ward but Big Pudding was noticeably absent from the team.

Let’s hope that snub gets the team ready to roll in DC on Thursday.
