The 2017-18 Spartans already look like a force to be reckoned with, but that hasn’t stopped them from adding more weapons to the arsenal. This time in the form of preferred walk-on guard Brock Washington.
Blessed to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career as a Michigan State Spartan! #GoGreen ⚔️✅ pic.twitter.com/ROnPZmrx1L

Washington joins Robert Morris transfer Braden Burke as a non-scholarship addition to next year’s Spartan bench. The Southfield Christian star scored over 1,000 points in his career and was named Class D First Team All-State this past year after averaging 13.1 points per game as a senior.
Michigan State still has a scholarship remaining for 2017-18, but who fills the spot remains to be seen. Either way, welcome aboard, Brock!
