The 6’5” 180 Weems is a five star prospect and currently ranked the #20 prospect in the class of ‘19. He joins fellow ‘19 stars Vernon Carey, Jr. (#3), James Wiseman (#4), Josh Green (#25) and 2020 players point guard Jalen Suggs and forward Isaiah Todd, among others, on the U16 team.

The team will play in the U16 Americas Championship in Formosa, Argentina starting on June 14th. They’re set to play Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Mexico in group play. You can find all the details here.

While he won’t be in East Lansing to see it, but current MSU star Miles Bridges is doing his part to make sure Weems ends up a Spartan....
