You can’t stop Bryn Forbes. You can only hope to contain him.
That’s what the Trail Blazers managed to do Thursday, holding Forbes to ‘just’ 29 points in one of his lowest scoring outputs in the NBA Summer League. That dropped his league-high scoring average to just 29.3 points per game.
Forbes also dished out five assists and hi the go-ahead three-pointer in the final minute to help lead his Spurs to an 86-81 win over Portland to advance to the next round of the Las Vegas League tournament.
