The Peach State is sending another product up to MSU as 4-star offensive lineman James Ohonba (Stockbridge, Ga.) announced his commitment on Friday.
Ohonba – who also had offers from the likes of Alabama, Clemson and Georgia – committed to the Spartans the week after his official visit. On the 247Sports composite, Ohonba ranks as the 24th best offensive tackle in the nation and stands at 6-foot-4, 345 pounds.

As the 17th commit of this class, Ohonba becomes the fourth 4-star to join the Spartans future class and is the second offensive lineman to commit. 3-star Dimitri Douglas out of Saline, Mich. is the other.
Ohonba won’t be the only Georgia product coming up in 2018 as 3-star defensive back Christian Jackson is also going green.
This could also be just the first offensive lineman commit of the weekend as 3-star Jacob Isaia (Las Vegas, NV) will also be visiting this weekend. Along with catching the Iowa game, Isaia will also be watching his grandfather – former MSU standout and national champion Bob Apisa – be enshrined in the Michigan State Hall of Fame.
