The Michigan State Spartans are back home as the Rutgers Scarlet Knights come to the Breslin Center for some Wednesday night hoops.

The Spartans, ranked No. 4 in the country in the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches polls, had a 14-game win streak end on Sunday in an 80-64 loss at Ohio State. Michigan State enters the game on Wednesday with a 15-2 overall record and a 3-1 mark in league play.

Rutgers enters the game with an 11-6 overall record, including a 1-3 mark in the Big Ten following a 64-60 win over Wisconsin on Sunday. The Scarlet Knights actually lead the Big Ten in scoring defense, allowing only 60.9 points per game, but they’ve not seen anything close to what the Spartans bring to the table.

This game will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network with Kevin Kugler calling the play-by-play and Shon Morris serving as the color analyst.
