The Michigan State Spartans are on the road tonight as they face the Indiana Hoosiers.
The Spartans, winners of five-straight and six of seven, are coming off a 76-68 win over Penn State. Though their play has left a lot to be desired recently, Michigan State still ranks No. 1 in the country in field goal percentage defense (35.7 percent), No. 3 in scoring margin (+19.7), No. 1 in blocked shots per game (8.0), No. 1 in rebound margin (+12.1) and No. 21 in scoring defense (64.3 ppg).
Indiana enters the game on Saturday night with a 12-11 overall record and a 5-6 mark in the Big Ten Conference. The Hoosiers have lost their last three games and four of their last five overall.
The game will be shown live on ESPN, with Dave Flemming calling the play-by-play and Dan Dakich serving as the color analyst and Jeff Goodman on sidelines. May God have mercy on our ears.
