The Michigan State Spartans continue NCAA Tournament play today, as they’ll face the Syracuse Orange for a spot in the Sweet 16.
Michigan State, winners of 14 of its last 15 games, enters the game with a 30-4 overall record after an 82-78 win over Bucknell on Friday. Miles Bridges scored a game-high 29 points, connecting on 12-of-22 shots from the field to go with nine boards and four assists.
On the other side, Syracuse improved to 22-13 after beating TCU, 57-52, on Friday night. MSU and Syracuse have met 17 times in school history, and the Orange lead the head-to-head series, 10-7, and have won the last four meetings.
Tipoff is slated for 2:40 p.m. EST on CBS, with Ian Eagle calling the play-by-play, Jim Spanarkel serving as the color analyst and Allie LaForce on sidelines.
