The No. 1 wide receiver in Michigan has decided which school he will play football at the college level for, as Tre Mosley has committed to:
Mosley, who stands 6-feet-2-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds, ranks nationally as the No. 826 prospect overall and the No. 102 wide receiver, according to the 247Sports Composite. He also is listed as the 21st-best player in the state of Michigan.
The West Bloomfield standout had an impressive offer list, and named Michigan, Purdue, Oregon, Cincinnati, Missouri and Minnesota as finalists along with Michigan State.
Mosley is the second true wide receiver commit in Michigan State’s 2019 class, joining Jase Bowen. However, the Spartans also have three “athletes” in Jordan Huff, Tate Hallock and recent commit Alante Brown who all have the ability to play the wide receiver spot.
Mosley recorded 1,030 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns for the Lakers as a junior in 2017, and was a key part of West Bloomfield state title appearance run. He will look to put up even better numbers as a senior.
Watch Mosley’s junior season highlights below. What impresses me is his physicality, and how hard it is for opposing defenders to bring him down. He even has a whole section of the highlight video dedicated to blocking.
