If you thought Matt McQuaid was done balling, you’re wrong.

The two-time Big Ten champion and Final Four player will be participating in the Professional Basketball Combine later this month looking to further his career. In his senior season, McQuaid averaged 9.8 points and 3.0 rebounds, was named to the Big Ten All-Defense Team and also killed a guy in the Elite Eight.

This is the PBC’s third year with 100 percent of their players signing some form of a professional contract. Nine former PBC participants earned two-way deals with NBA teams, and 23 have received Summer League invites.

The PBC also saw Antonio Blakeney perform with them before winning the G League Rookie of the Year in the 2017-18 season. Other bigger names to go through the PBC include Kendrick Nunn, Lagerald Vick and Charles Cooke.

We (obviously) wish luck to McQuaid on his future professional career!
