The Rocket (Watts) has landed.
MSU Basketball officially posted on their Twitter page that the gem of the 2019 recruiting class has made his way to East Lansing and is ready to take off.

First there was missing the early signing day period, then there was rumors about why he hasn’t reported to MSU and now none of it matters. Rocket is ready to blast MSU off into another hopeful Final Four run and third straight Big Ten title.
On his 247Sports profile, Watts ranks as the No. 38 consensus recruit and the No. 7-ranked combo guard in the class.
On a dramatic scale of 1-to-Caleb Swannigan’s recruitment, I’ll give this whole saga a 5.5. Enough to get us slightly worried, but not enough to have us saying “Houston, we have a problem.” It’s just nice for it to finally be official now.
Alright, that’s the end of the post. I counted four rocket puns. Sorry about that.
