After what feels like a thousand years, Big Ten basketball is back today as 11 of the 14 teams in the conference play their first game of the season today! The Michigan State Spartans open the season at 6 p.m. ET against the Eastern Michigan Eagles on the Big Ten Network.
The No. 13 ranked Spartans are playing the Eagles for the 35th time, and lead the series 31-3. The teams last played on Dec. 21, 2019 with the Spartans winning 101-48. No word yet on the starting line-up as of publishing time for this game thread, but the game notes suggested:
